Nationwide
No matter where you are located in the United States, we can virtually notarize your documents. You no longer have to be sitting in the same room as the Notary Public to have documents notarized. Most documents can be notarized in 20 minutes or less from the comfort of your home or office.
How does online Notarization work?
First - simply book one of our services listed above, providing your name, contact information and the required deposit.
Second - Upload your document(s) to our secure portal at least 1 hour prior to your appointment. After your document(s) have been received and reviewed you will receive an email with a link to the online notary session. Please note all document(s) will be deleted within 24 hours of receipt or immediately following your appointment, whichever comes first.
Third - Approximately 5 minutes before your appointment time you will receive an email with a secure link for you to click. You will be required to upload a copy of your ID and answer security questions based on your credit history. Upon completion of your identity verification, you will meet with your Notary and complete the notarization. You will need a computer or phone with audio/video capabilities.
Fourth - Immediately following the completion of the notarization session, your documents will be available for downloading.
